Sanovi DRM Gets STQC Certification

Sanovi Technologies has announced that Sanovi DRM 4.2, the latest version of its Disaster Recovery software suite has passed the Application Security test conducted by the Standardisation Testing and Quality Certification (STQC) Directorate. Sanovi DRM 4.2 incorporates several enterprise features including seamless interoperability with enterprise applications and data replication technologies.

The STQC Directorate, an office under the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), Government of India, provides quality assurance services in the area of Electronics and IT through countrywide network of laboratories and centres. Their services include Testing, Calibration, IT & e-Governance, Training and Certification to public and private organizations.

The new Sanovi DRM 4.2 is engineered so that managers can receive regular reports on their mobile device right after successful installation. This feature, available as part of the base product offering, eliminates the need to login to DRM for status and demonstrates the value of the DRM software. Some of the new interoperability features supported in the 4.2 release include Microsoft Exchange 2010 along with other Microsoft technologies as well as Network Appliances (NetApp) replication and Oracle ExaData appliance. This release also integrates with leading privileged identity management software’s such as CyberArk to address the increased security concerns prevailing in enterprises today. The new release enables executive reports tailored to be mobile device friendly for viewing.
