Huddle rooms”– small conference areas that can be equipped with audio, video and display technology – are vital in the new world of work. Equipped with the right technology, these digital workspaces enable more teamwork and collaboration than traditional meeting and conference rooms.
The new Solution from Ricoh is an interactive hardware/software solution for corporate and government organization that need to collaborate on important business initiatives across offices and geographies. The solution enables a company to easily present finely detailed information and images on the 55-inch-diagonal HD screen. Participants can view the information and collaborate via a virtual private network using up to 20 PCs, tablets, smartphones or up to four RICOH Interactive Whiteboards connected across the network. You can present drawings, review designs make annotation and share notes in real time.
