Rapoo is Using All Channels to Reach Consumers

Rapoo India is taking all routes (B2B & B2C) to reach to Indian consumers in all cities. Along with traditional IT channel, it is also present at few major LFRs such as Croma, Reliance and Vijay Sales. In 2017, it is trying to reach to smaller towns and cities.

Mukesh Chaudhary, Country Head, SAARC & MEA, RAPOO India gives an insight of company’s overall upcoming plans.

DT: How do you rate the year 2016 for your company?

A: 2016 was a good year for us. We understand the need of the consumers by reaching them more. As a brand RAPOO always makes sure the delivered products are up-to-the mark of customer satisfaction. We closely monitor Indian market to understand what consumers want and so are taking all major steps to meet every need of the Indian customers. 

DT: In what ways did the channel help you steer your business forward?

A: We believe in channel to reach maximum customers and to gain maximum benefit. Channel partners are core of our business. We really appreciate the support we are getting from the channel partners. 

DT: What will be your go-to-market strategy in 2017? How different would it be from 2016?

A: We are taking all routes (B2B & B2C) to reach to Indian consumers. Along with traditional IT channel, we are also present at few major LFRs such as Croma, Reliance and Vijay Sales. We are also utilizing the strength of online sales through Flipkart, Snapdeal and Amazon. Our go-to-market strategy will be to raise our product quality and to raise standards by offering better battery life, better efficiency and still more portable devices in 2017.

DT: How deeply are you entrenched in the market, especially in tier 2, tier 3 and tier 4 cities?

A: Since, we are a lifestyle brand; our major focus goes is on tier-1 and tier-2 cities. We are planning to grab tier-3 and tier-4 this year with additional products which will offer best products at an affordable price point.  

DT: Why should your channel partners feel motivated? What is your message to the channel community?

A: RAPOO emphasizes on the experience and multi utility products for the users whose major focus is on portable, fashion, innovation, more function, and cost-effective products. We will respect our partners and they will be always feeling as a team with us. Of course, they will get more margins and benefits. 

DT: What is your assurance for providing excellent service support to your customer?

A: Post sales services matter in the growth of every business and we at Rapoo, understand that as we are very much focused towards our customer support. We are here to work for complete customer satisfaction. We offer excellent quality products with effective post sale support. We make sure that our customers should feel very secure with us and make them familiar with our new products. We have qualified technical team to resolve any kind of customer queries too fast.
