We’ve dedicated countless hours and committed numerous resources to the eSports community to support the world’s most aspiring and best gamers and use their knowledge and expertise in our products in return. In 2018, MSI GAMING is committed to provide gamers with innovative gaming rigs and an open community to share collective gaming wisdom. Moreover, we held more than 100 campus event not just want to get a deep bond with gamers but also want to help build them a better gaming career in future.

DT: Please brief about your channel ecosystem in India. How are you currently working with your partners to strengthen your market position?

Mr. Chang-Ching Lin: MSI trust our channel partners and have enough believe in them. We always support our channel partners and create good mutual understanding in context of business ideology. MSI has cooperated with both online and offline channel but in different purposes. We gained a lot sells unit through e-tailer since more and more people in India purchasing online. However, as a high-end laptops company, people still prefer get actual experience with our laptops. So though we raising the sales rate online, we still insist to gain offline reseller and even build our exclusive brand store for gamers to experience. India is very huge and diverse market so taking care of the needs of customers is the challenge. We always aspire to satisfy our customers by offering best products and best pre-sales and post sales services. And in 2019, we’ll keep going on experience marketing with more shop events or tournaments.

DT: What is your overall roadmap to escalate your growth further in CY 2019?

Mr. Chang-Ching Lin: As we all know that the market situations dynamically change in today’s world and gaming is a very sensitive segment as things change so fast. We have geared up to add extra efforts and all our expertise to make 2019 more glorious year then than the previous one. In 2019, we’ll keep the strength on gaming market, but in the same time, we’ll also aim on all the content creators who desire pretty designing and enough performance to accomplish their content creation. We expect healthy growth in 2019 as we are bringing very innovative products to delight our customers and on the same time we offer best-in-class service support to them. We want to become the 1st choice of customer when it comes to quality.
