“Marg ERP provides highly trade-specific inventory and accounting solutions for the businessman instead of the accountant. Hence, our students finish their courses knowing everything they need to know to successfully run a business. There is a structural anomaly in our existing education model that does not place enough emphasis on vocational skills resulting in a gap between industry and unemployed youth. Many small businesses are restricted in capacity expansion by this gap. Because our major goal is to enhance ease of business in India, we will do everything we can to prepare our learners to become successful partners of the nation’s vibrant workforce”, said Sudhir Singh Marg ERP Ltd.

The duration of the training in Marg Academies is five months. A strong placement support system is already in place. Marg’s centers have well-qualified teaching staff and administrative personnel. There are, also, separate boarding and lodging facilities for boys and girls, proper uniforms, canteens with dining areas, recreational spaces, 24x7 CCTV security etc.

A 2016 study by ASSOCHAM revealed that 93% of its business graduates are not employable because of a lack of requisite skills needed to operate a business. Marg is an official member of the government’s Skill India and Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikash Yojana initiatives.

Marg is also planning to raise Rs 100 crore via equity dilution. The funds will be used mainly for expansion and infrastructure development.
