LAVA Extends 60 Days Warranty due to COVID-19

The entire world is battling against the Coronavirus pandemic which is causing huge trouble to the people worldwide. The government has advised people to stay at home during the lockdown period. In this critical situation, LAVA has said in a statement that it is extending the warranty across its product range including smartphones and feature phones for a period of 60 days.

The decision of extending the warranty is only applicable on those products whose warranty expires between 15th March and 15th May. It will be a great relief for its customers in this tough situation. LAVA is constantly monitoring the situation and taking effective steps to take care of its customers.

We have also formed a special team of service managers who are personally calling and messaging our customers who had given their handsets for repairing but could not collect it before lockdown. The entire team is working hard with the customer’s interest in mind” said Satya P. Sati, Head-Customer Service Delivery, Lava.
