IET and EFY Group Announced Conference on IoT in Bangalore

The IET and EFY Group have announced a joint conference on Internet of Things to be held on 13th January 2016. The conference will be first of its kind in India to focus on ways to help start-ups and business enterprises to monetise the Internet of Things. The event will be held at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) in Bengaluru.

The conference will showcase success stories from industry experts who have exploited the monetary potential of IoT. Five major themes of the conference are IoT Ecosystem, Chipset and hardware, System integrators, Operators and Cloud & Analytics. Futuristic trends, potential challenges, and guidelines to implement IoT will also be discussed.

While the Internet of Things has immense possibilities, a lot of which is being talked about by various people including us; in this conference we will focus on biggest puzzle of all, how to monetise the IoT. The conference will be co-located with IoTShow.in, which is India’s largest exhibition and conference on the Internet of Things. Both shows are being conducted under the umbrella event Indian Electronics Week 2016, which is a week-long international event to be held at Bengaluru, to promote electronics industry in India. The event will also mark the launch of a unique website that focuses on the electronics angle of IoT, aptly called Electronics of Things (www.electronicsofthings.com)
