Haptik Joins Hands with Sprite as its Official Brand Partner

Haptik recently joined hands with iconic soft drink brand Sprite as its official brand partner for the launch of a personal assistant service in the TOI app.

The association marks a unique brand fit cutting across two antipodal domains. Sprite, which has made a name for itself as a drink preferred by the no-nonsense people with its iconic ‘Seedhi Baat, no bakwaas-Clear hai?’ tagline, identified with the Haptik solution as a smart digital assistant that can pull up any information from the internet in a few seconds and assist users in an assortment of queries.

From finding ATMs nearby to looking up the funniest of jokes when you desperately need a dose of good humour, the Haptik powered TOI assistant helps to easily sift through all the unnecessary information on the Internet to get you exactly what you want. This cutting through of fluff or bakwaas is what attracted Sprite to the platform, resulting in the association.

Commenting on the announcement, Aakrit Vaish, Founder and CEO, Haptik said, “The TOI Assistant powered by Haptik brings to the table a plethora of features such as making bill payments, booking cab services and recharging mobiles in an extremely user-friendly chatbot. It is a simple and high-utility platform that focuses on ‘doing’ the job rather than pretending to do it. We are excited to have a fruitful collaboration with Sprite as our official brand partner and hope to provide our users with a unique #ClearHai moment with our services.”

Recently, Haptik partnered with Ziman to make it the first security service provider in the world to leverage a chatbot’s services.
