eTechies.in launched its new Technical Repair Centre in Okhla. The repair centre is located at A 49, FIEE Industrial Complex, Okhla Phase – 2 behind CLAL Chowk.
“The launch of our repair centre is certainly a step ahead to strengthen a platform which offers service, support, and repair of computing devices. With our initiative to classify the disorganized sector, opening of the technical repair centre further boosts our resourcefulness in providing a cost effective professional full suite of end-to-end services,” commented Rohit Chaudhary, Co-Founder & CEO, eTechies.in. “Repair centre is equipped with latest tools and machines to fix systems. Around 300-400 equipments get fixed and has the ability to handle more than 3000 equipments a month.” he further added.
The technical repair centre is about 2100 square feet with state of the art infrastructure. It currently accommodates 18 employees. In order to provide the finest level of service, the centre includes a quality control department for testing.
eTechies provides remote support to all the customers’ pan-India, be it a software glitch, mail problem or a hardware repair. Operative Field based Technical Repair Services are further facilitated with the new store in Okhla. eTechies has revived its service initiatives to facilitate better support for the customers. Any technical issues brought up are directed to the Technical support team and followed up until their concerns are resolved completely.
