Energy SaverDeskpod has been designed to run on 5 watt electricity using Intel 14 nm latest processor which reduce electricity bill of offices significantly. Deskpod comes within built power optimizer chipset that makes Deskpod a power saver device.
Offices has huge electricity requirement for computer because on the average each computer consume 200 to 300 watt electricity. Power failure is often now a days so, offices need to depend on UPS for power backup. You can keep working with Deskpod on the same UPS or Power Backup for at least 10 times more. It saves so much power that in 6 months’ time, it will recover its cost by saving enough electricity bill.
Technical Spec
Deskpod has three different models for different amount of computing requirements. The highest configuration model ( Deskpod Momentum) is latest 7th generation I7 processor (CPU Speed upto 3.6 Ghz) with 16 GB LPDDR4 RAM , 512 GB PCIE based 32 gbps SSD, 3.2 gbps 802.11 ac , Bluetooth 4.2 Smart ready and one thunderbolts port with 40 gbps speed.
Deskpod doesn’t have SMPS in it. It runs with its own adapter. So, there is no question of SMPS related failures. It comes with its own Power Bank and inbuilt adapter.
Deskpod has the in built Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It comes with all the existing ports like USB2.0, Faster USB 3.0, HDMI, VGA, MicroSD, Latest USB C-type etc.
Deskpod has very small form 10 cm x 10 cm x 2.5 cm which can easily fit at the back of monitor like thin client. It is size and weight of thin client but very powerful computer.
Speed
Deskpod’s booting process is thrice as faster as the other existing systems. So, it takes normally 1/3rd of the time normal desktop or laptop takes for loading the OS on reboot/Restart. It boots Windows-10 in around 6 to 8 seconds.
Deskpod has all the electronic parts including storage, so the overall system performance gets improved. There are no mechanical components in Deskpod. It comes with all electronic components to make it work faster.
Data safety and Recovery
In case of software failures, it’s quite easier to recover the data. Deskpod comes with a RESET button on its mother board. On pressing this RESET button, you can connect Deskpod to any other computer and it will detect it as a normal Pen Drive, so the data can be copied easily and without the chance of losing it. Recovery on failure will be a kids job with Deskpod.
It’s a robust machine. There are no mechanical parts in it. Everything including storage is electronic so it doesn’t get damaged even if it will fall from first floor of your building.
There is no scope of system failures because of ants or insects entering the Deskpod box as everything is on board and permanently fixed on the mother board itself. Deskpod is absolutely safe from ants and insects.
Maintenance
Deskpodcasing is dust free. Big Box computer always need to clean it monthly basis. Deskpod keep you away from this cost.
