Cognizant’s India-based legal team has been honoured as the “Best In-House Legal Department to Work For” at the IDEX Legal Awards 2018 held recently in Mumbai, India.
The jury recognized Cognizant’s legal department for its industry best practices and continuous process betterment. Cognizant has made significant investments in training to help its legal team stay ahead of the competition, living up to Cognizant’s motto of ‘Keep Challenging’. The individual growth plan for legal associates is crafted keeping in mind, the breadth of knowledge acquired and includes the ability of associates to take higher responsibilities early on; which is among the hallmarks of Cognizant’s corporate culture. These legal industry best practices won the award for Cognizant according to a panel led by Jury Chairman Mysore Prasanna. This recognition is a reflection of Cognizant’s unwavering commitment to its business, its fellow associates and its stakeholders.
