Huami Corporation, a biometric and activity data-driven company with significant expertise in smart wearable technology, has officially launched Amazfit GTS back in the month of October in India. The smart wearable comes with stylish design and enormous number of advance functionalities. This fitness smartwatch is now going to be available for purchase via Flipkart at INR 9,999 from January 18 onwards. Huami has partnered with PR Innovations, a leading technology importer, to market and distribute Amazfit GTS in India.
The smartwatch is equipped with 14 days battery life, 1.65-inch (348x442 pixels) AMOLED display with curved screen and large space, 341ppi pixel density, and 2.5D Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The new model comes with a 5 ATM water resistance, 9.4mm thin, 20mm silicon strap and weighs 24.8 grams (without straps). Some interesting features like GPS enabled + GLONASS dual positioning function, Bluetooth v5.0, 24 hours heart rate monitoring (with detailed heart data and abnormal values detection warnings) and 12 different sports mode.

GTS is equipped with the 6-axis acceleration sensor and GPS + GLONASS dual positioning function. It consists of 12 different sports modes including outdoor running, treadmill, walking, outdoor/indoor cycling, elliptical trainer, pool/open water swimming, mountaineering, trail running, skiing and exercising. Once the activity is finished, the smartwatch displays all the data collected like GPS map, distance, pace, calories, bpm range, altitude, time, and much more.
It comprises 24 hours of uninterrupted high-precision heart rate monitoring with detailed heart data and abnormal values detection warnings. In both, the watch and the app, the data is clearly displayed for an easy understanding of the heart rate data patterns. With the app, users can also customize the classification of their heart rate and receive an alarm when the bpm values are out of range. All recordings are saved and can be seen in the app and can be shared.
The device also integrates multiple health management features such as sedentary reminder, calorie consumption, sleep analysis, and more.
