Acer India Supports Make in India by Launching PMA Compliant PCs

Acer is amplifying the Make in India initiative with the introduction of PMA compliant machines on GeM (Government e-Marketplace).

Acer has been a keen supporter of Make in India initiative for many years with its factory in Puducherry from where it caters to Indian and South East Asian markets and is a major contributor to jobs in the area. With the launch of PMA compliant computers Acer is ramping up manufacturing and local sourcing of advanced components and aggressively working to create more jobs for youth.

The delivery of Acer’s new range of PMA Compliant computers have already started and is available on a wide range of platforms and configurations suitable for a variety of computing needs.
