Q: What are the current wireless networking trend in SMBs segment for Indian market?
A: Today every people want to stay connected with internet. Mobility has become lifeline for all consumers as its basic necessity for any human being. So I feel there is huge scope of growth to wireless networking market in India. Number of mobile users is rapidly growing, in every vertical, like healthcare, hospitality, education, transport etc. mobility is required everywhere. When every sector is demanding mobility extensively, then wireless market will grow multi-folds in India.
Q: What are the key driving force behind the growth of networking market in India?
A: Apart from growing demand from common people, multiple initiatives by Government of India are the key driving forces to grow networking business in India. The program like Digital India, Smart Township, Safe city, Egov, etc. are working in our favour.
Q: How do you see the establishment of Zyxel as a brand in India?
A: Zyxel is having diverse product portfolio and through that we are serving every core sector of Indian market like Telecom, Defence, Railways etc. Zyxel is known for own R&D and manufacturing and we have a strong presence in India. At Zyxel we have been party to many market trends, different set of product’s demand, slump in business and upcoming trends as well.However, Zyxel is growing at a smooth pace & serving steadily to our valued customers and sees a great future in Indian market in coming years.
Q: How do assure to have better service support to your customers?
A: Zyxel is having very stable product range and requires negligible support except some consumer products.We have our own support centre via toll free no, chat and via email as well. And at times for special cases, provision of onsite support by Zyxel engineers.
Q: What is your current distribution model? Please brief us about your key partnership in India.
A: Currently we are developing and strengthening our regional distribution and dealer model to address every business hub and cities. In last two months we have revived old distribution network and all key regional players. Currently we started business with Goyal computers at Lucknow, OST electronic at Chandigarh, VirajInfocomm at J&K, ECAp at Hyderabad, Champak and Ballistha at Kolkotta, Cache tech at Pune, Hallmark at Mumbai, Swift at Patna, Sunrise at Jaipur, Sudharma at Dehradun, Ecap at Kerala, Dhroovani at Bangalore, Costal and gallant at Chennai. We are working to identify more such potential partners and will appoint very soon as per our requirement.
Q: What will be your channel engagement plan for rest of the current year?
A: After setting up R&D channels, our next task is to develop the next tier to improve our reach upto last mile. We are also focused on to provide training cum awareness program simultaneously for channel partners on technology and for product cum solution positioning.
